Ukraine: 80,000 receive help in Lugansk as winter approaches

With winter looming people living close to the front line are even more vulnerable. Military actions in the Lugansk region of Ukraine have left many homeless, while the majority of those with homes have to find ways to repair broken windows, destroyed roofs, and face other struggles concerning shelter before winter comes.

How can residents overcome these difficulties, when even the basics such as food and hygiene remain a challenge? The head of the ICRC's team in Lugansk answers these questions and more in this short video direct from Ukraine.
