- We are delighted to announce the participation of Dr Michael Ryan, Executive Director, WHO Health Emergencies Programme as a keynote speaker for the 1st ICRC Conference on Weapon-Wounded Care. Dr. Ryan will discuss the role of WHO in standards for international trauma surgical assistance in disasters.
