Declaration of Panama in accordance with Article 90 of Protocol I

On 26 October 1999, the Republic of Panama made a declaration accepting the competence of the International Fact-Finding Commission, in accordance with Article 90 of Protocol Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, and relating to the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts (Protocol I).
