Syria : bringing essential aid to a population under siege

An ICRC/Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) convoy of trucks, the second in four days, carried food parcels and blankets to the Homs branch of SARC on 15 February. On the same day, SARC volunteers began distributing assistance to residents of Homs through distribution points in various areas of the city affected by the violence.
