Hebron: Hope amid movement restrictions

The restrictions of movement in part of Hebron’s Old City known as "H2" make it difficult, and sometimes impossible for Palestinians to access essential services such as education and health. This has had a direct daily impact for families and communities for over 20 years.

Together with the Hebron Municipality we helped transform a disused Palestinian home into a community center. Over 1,000 families are able to access several services such as vocational training, mental and psychosocial support, and physical rehabilitation at this center. It provides a safe space for children to play and community members to interact without fear of being affected by the movement restrictions.
