Jordan: Facts & figures on ICRC's work from January to June 2016

With the Syria crisis now in its sixth year, thousands of Syrian refugees living in Jordan are in desperate need of humanitarian assistance.

Despite challenges and security constraints, we have provided food, essential relief items, clean water, and other services to hundreds of thousands of people.

Facts and figures - January to June 2016

1.5 million meals were provided to people in the berm area and temporary centres in Alhdlat and Bustanh and Ruwaished.

150,000 people have benefitted from water projects in the Northern Badia
 alt= 63,000 people received medical consultations.

30,000 phone calls were facilitated between Syrian refugees and their families.
