Malaysia: 17th national IHL moot court competition 2020

Since 2004, the ICRC Kuala Lumpur has been partnering with the local university to organize an International Humanitarian Law moot court competition where students argue to prosecute or defend a fictional war criminal charged before the International Criminal Court.

The winning team proceeds to compete in the Asia Pacific Regional Rounds.

In its 17th edition amid COVID-19, the preliminary rounds of the competition will take place online on 19 December 2020 and the advanced rounds will be held at the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, IIUM.
