Myanmar: Accountability to Affected People

Myanmar: Accountability to Affected People

Video 16 August 2022 Myanmar

For us, accountability means ensuring our efforts to help are relevant, timely, and do no harm.

It means seeing people affected by conflict as experts of their own situation. It means listening and including diverse voices, at all stages of our humanitarian response.

Welcoming feedback and adapting our work to better suit the needs of the people we serve is all part of this approach.

In the ICRC, we call this Accountability to Affected People.
