Update for customary IHL database - December 2016

We have just updated the customary IHL database to include additional practice from Canada and India.

The database contains:

• the 161 rules of customary IHL identified in the ICRC's 2005 customary IHL study;
• the practice underlying that study;
• regular updates reflecting national and international practice in the field of IHL.
