‘Reframed’: a photo exhibition to see Sudan with renewed eyes
'Reframed' is a photographic exhibition with 35 images of people who live in areas affected by the armed conflict and other situations of violence, seen not just as victims, but in their essence as dignified human beings who have a place in society.
- Where: Institut français régional du Soudan, Rue Ali dinar, 1568 Khartoum.
- When: May 15th until May 31st, 2022
- Cost: Free entrance
Reframing people, looking at them in a different way, is not just a speech about their resilience but about how to preserve their dignity, which it allows them to survive but also to keep their traditions, their culture, and, ultimately their history.
We thank the people who have allowed us to show their faces for this project, and also the French Institute, which has supported us to make this project possible.
