Detention in non-international armed conflict - Meeting of all States, 27-29 April 2015

30 April 2015

This meeting forms part of the third phase of consultations of the process and will involve discussions with all States and preparations for the 32nd International Conference. The purpose of the Meeting of all States is twofold: first, to hear the views of States on the key substantive points that have emerged from the consultations thus far. And second, to assess the various options for an outcome to the process as a whole. The feedback from States during the meeting will inform the ICRC's report to the 32nd International Conference in December 2015, including, as requested by Resolution 1, options and the ICRC's recommendations for the way forward.
