Sex, Age and Disability Data Disaggregation Framework

The Sex, Age and Disability Disaggregated Data Framework provides guidelines regarding sex, age and disability disaggregated data, to ensure uniform collection and use of these data for comprehensive population diversity analysis and better programming.
To enhance programming, the ICRC will collect sex, age and disability data in a more harmonized fashion and these data will be of higher quality, making it easier for us to provide accurate statistics.

Using sex, age and disability data in our programming and monitoring will ensure that our programmes and priorities more closely meet the needs of the various population groups.
Disaggregating data by these criteria in our operational indicators and visualization tools will enhance our operational decision-making.
