This report aims to capture the discussions and insights gained during the second edition of the Symposium on Cybersecurity and Data Protection in Humanitarian Action, which took place at the European Convention Centre of Luxembourg, from 23 to 25 January 2024.
The symposium was planned and organized by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation for cyberspace and its global cyber hub in Luxembourg, with support and significant contributions from the following co-organizers: the Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Cooperation and Foreign Trade (MFEA), the Luxembourg Red Cross, the National Commission for Data Protection of Luxembourg (CNPD), and the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust of the University of Luxembourg (SnT).
