Libya 2011: helping victims of conflict

This DVD is a compilation of all ICRC films produced from the very onset of the crisis until the end of major hostilities between the parties. This series of web clips and special edits made for TV broadcasters covers the main activities carried out by the ICRC and the Libyan Red Crescent for the population all over the country.
From the ICRC's call to the Libyan authorities for humanitarian aid to reach the western part of Libya, to the evacuation of sub-Saharan workers stranded in Misrata port, to the eradication of unexploded ordnance in urban areas, and war surgery provided to fighters from all sides, the DVD shows the wide variety of assistance that the ICRC was able to offer during the conflict.
