  • 1,914,008 people gained improved access to water, wastewater disposal, heating, and electricity via utility providers
     
  • 33,860 people received cash assistance to help them through winter.
     
  • 69 hospitals and 29 Primary Health-Care Centres (PHCs) received regular or emergency support through donations of medical equipment, medicines, and consumables to treat the influx of war-wounded patients and those with chronic diseases, close to the frontline.
     
  • Almost 200,000 people received food parcels, hygiene supplies and other essential household items either directly from the ICRC, through the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) or at social institutions.
     
  • 50 patients received a total of 56 prosthetic and orthotic devices and benefited from 1,155 physiotherapy sessions at physical rehabilitation clinics.
     
  • 14 human remains repatriations were completed with the ICRC’s presence, fulfilling our role as a neutral humanitarian actor.
