Egypt: Training the Egyptian Red Crescent to respond to emergencies

Egypt has witnessed frequent violence over the last three years, resulting in many injuries and deaths. In response, the ICRC provided the Egyptian Red Crescent with the training, equipment and support needed to set up emergency action teams. The teams have since provided first aid and performed medical evacuations for thousands of people. This film shows how the teams were set up and trained, and how they operate during emergencies.
