International humanitarian law 101: IHL and COVID-19

Welcome to our series of short videos explaining International Humanitarian Law, and how it is relevant in Southern Africa.  International Humanitarian Law, or IHL, is a set of rules that seek to limit the effects of armed conflict. It protects people who are not participating in hostilities, and limits the ways in which war is conducted and the weapons that can be used.
