Scope of work

  • Trains on the use of ICRC health data management tools.
  • Manages and encodes all project data ensuring accurate and timely entry throughout project cycles. 
  • Collaborates with colleagues to ensure organized and linked project related information and sources.
  • Undertakes other Health in Detention (HiD) tasks within competency, as discussed with and approved by supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Completion of health data/activity management training modules
  • Encoding of project details while ensuring veracity
  • Uploading of data
  • Revision of inputs for final validation

Required profile

  • College degree in relevant field.
  • Excellent computer and MS Office skills
  • Relevant experience in data entry and management on project monitoring cycle
  • Management systems/project reporting/ documentation
  • Very good command of spoken and written English
  • Experience in project support and/or experience in health projects is an asset but not required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and contributes to effective working relationships in a multicultural environment 
  • Able to work on own initiative and to work under pressure.
  • Easily adapts to working with a team
