The HR Officer is responsible for general staff administration, covering files on Learning & Development, and/or Performance Management. The incumbent provides HR services in line with the ICRC’s and the delegation’s policies and the applicable laws and regulations.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring, admin follow though, and roll out of institutional trainings
  • Performs learning needs analysis to identify skills gap
  • Manages the Performance management and development (PMD) and all administrative issues pertaining to staff performance management and development
  • Leads the employee engagement activities in the delegation

Required profile

  • University degree in psychology, business management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience preferably in Learning and Development, and/or Learning Needs Analysis
  • Must have good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino
  • Knowledge of Bisaya-Cebuano is an advantage
