Call for consultants: Local consultancy to design an excel data consolidating tool
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Health in Detention Team is looking for a contractual partner with experience related to Information Technology/Computer Science for the design and programming of an excel data consolidating tool.
Please refer to the terms of reference (pdf file attached below) for a detailed scope of work. The target implementation timeline is May/June 2021.
