Health Care in Danger Strategy: Evaluation Report

This evaluation, completed in August 2022, assessed the ICRC's Health Care in Danger Strategy. The evaluation identified good practices where the ICRC delivers effectively through the theory of change for Health Care in Danger; and identified ways to strengthen the ICRC's approach. The recommendations focus on the need to need for wider dissemination of the strategy and lessons, combined with strengthening the ability of delegations to adapt tools and approaches.
