Iraq: Thousands of Iraqis and Syrians receive winter aid in Suleimaniyah

Most of the displaced people - internally displaced from other regions of Iraq or refugees from Syria - living in the region of Suleimaniyah are not used to the local cool and wet climate. The ICRC is providing essential items in order to help them cope with winter.
