The Data and Analytics Officer supports and monitors subset of the data management processes within the profession or trade to enable evidence-based decisions and improvements in the area of data entry, quality, support and analytics.

Main responsibilities

  • Carries out data processing of Protection information and related external data: defines and reviews data entry procedures and workflows
  • Ensures a quality data management system by carrying out data controls.                                                                                               
  • Contributes to institutional reporting and dashboards by supporting colleagues in delivering reports, revisions, and optimization.
  • Guarantees data protection and data security of individual data.
  • Coaches and trains Protection database users.
     

Selection requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science)
  • 3 years’ proven experience in data analytics and management or business intelligence
  • Knowledgeable with SQL, MS Report Builder, MS Dynamics, BI tools
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Filipino, and other dialects is an advantage.
