The Quality Assurance Officer ensures compliance with good storage and distribution practices and supports the implementation of medical quality assurance tasks. S/he also provides operational support in the areas of warehouse and stock management and supply chain planning.

Responsibilities
- Facilitates compliance to good storage and distribution practices.
Performs quality control of incoming goods. - Prepares periodic quality reports related to warehouse activities.
- Ensures warehouse and inventory transactions are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organizes inventory counts and initiates claim reports.
- Oversees the activities of the daily workers / external manpower assigned to logistics.
- Supports the organization and preparation of information and reports needed for forecasting and demand planning.
Required profile
- University degree
- 3-5 years’ work experience in Supply Chain or Warehousing operations. Quality assurance background is a plus.
- Very good computer literacy (Word, Excel)
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Must know how to drive both light vehicle & motorcycle.
- ERP experience is a plus.
