The Quality Assurance Officer ensures compliance with good storage and distribution practices and supports the implementation of medical quality assurance tasks. S/he also provides operational support in the areas of warehouse and stock management and supply chain planning.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates compliance to good storage and distribution practices.
    Performs quality control of incoming goods.
  • Prepares periodic quality reports related to warehouse activities.
  • Ensures warehouse and inventory transactions are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organizes inventory counts and initiates claim reports.
  • Oversees the activities of the daily workers / external manpower assigned to logistics.
  • Supports the organization and preparation of information and reports needed for forecasting and demand planning.

Required profile

  • University degree
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in Supply Chain or Warehousing operations. Quality assurance background is a plus.
  • Very good computer literacy (Word, Excel)
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Must know how to drive both light vehicle & motorcycle.
  • ERP experience is a plus.
