Kyrgyzstan: building houses for victims of violence

Summary

In September 2010, the ICRC started the partial reconstruction of more than 350 houses in Osh, Kyrgyzstan that had been damaged during the June 2010 clashes. By December, just before the onset of winter, some 3000 people were able to move into two- or three-room shelters.
