ICRC delivers 22 tonnes of medical supplies to support Yemen’s front-line hospitals

Nakiele, South Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The ICRC meets with members of armed groups to discuss the humanitarian consequences of violence, compounded by outbreaks of malaria and Ebola, in the village. IDPs and their host communities learn how to reduce their exposure to these diseases thanks to ICRC- organized awareness campaigns, and/or obtain treatment at an ICRC- supported health centre.
