Enterprise Business Analyst (based in MSSC, Makati City)

This Enterprise Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying creative solutions to complex business
problems.

This role is an essential part of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team, whose purpose is to:
• Support institutional strategy – business – resource alignment,
• Help business leaders enable their future-state business capabilities,
• Provide decision-making support,
• Provide audit support, and
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
The purpose of this role will be to provide in-depth options analysis and recommend solutions to bring business
value and improve the future state efficiency of the organization.

MAIN TASKS

The main responsibilities of this role are:
• Understanding institutional and transversal/common business needs,
• Identifying transversal activities and processes, identifying opportunities for harmonization and efficiency
gains,
• Identifying transversal/common functional requirements across different lines of business and different
programs and projects,
• Building bridges between the different lines of business (métiers),
• Analysing scope overlaps among units, programs, and projects: providing cost-benefit options analysis to
reduce/remove the overlaps,
• Provide support for Business Transformation,
• Provide decision-making support to the Project Management Office, and
• With the EA team and the Business Relationship Managers, identify pain points and propose opportunities
for improvements.
• Promote the value of EA program to stakeholders,
• Support the Chief Enterprise Architect

REQUIRED PROFILE
• Master's or Bachelors' degree in business, economics, computer science, psychology or other field of
study related to business analysis.
• Business Analyst certification such as BABOK.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in large scale transformation projects.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Enterprise Architecture certification is a plus.
